Seal leaky garage roof. Pour a roof sealant into a paint tray and insert a paint brush into the sealant until it is saturated. Once it s dry apply a liberal amount of the roof patch to the leaking area. If it is an extendable type make sure that extensions are secured. Plant a ladder firmly to the ground.
If the entire roof is in poor. It will stick to wood tile stone cement. The area must be dry to use the roof patch. Paint the sealant onto the entire top surface of the corrugated panels from the top to the bottom working your way toward the ladder as you apply it.
Please note that flex seal spray can be painted over however flex seal liquid can not be painted over. Isolate areas when you run the hose. With wood or concrete walls seal any potential. Flex sealis a rubberized coating that sprays out the liquid seeping into those pesky holes in your roof.
Patch obvious holes with hydraulic cement and coat the walls with waterproof masonry products that create a membrane through which water can t pass. Start low soaking the area just above where the leak appears in the house. Over the years it has become very porous. Use enough of the roof patch to liberally cover the leaky area.
